Fiancee Visa

thank you

Emerald_Sande :

Hi everyone! I'm quite new to this forum. I found this website helpful while researching fiancé visas for Norway. Well, I have a boyfriend in Oslo and we've known each other for about 4 months now via chat/Facebook, he was introduced by my bro-in-law in LA. He wants me to move in with him in Norway and and eventually get married. The problem is, we haven't met personally. Will that be a problem applying for a fiancé visa or our conversations will suffice the needed supporting documents. Please help.

Hi! Can i ask what happened to your application? Because me and my fiancé who's living in Norway wanted to  apply fiancé visa we are planning to apply on our 7th month. Is there any problem if we are in a short span as bf/gf? Thanks 😊

Hello, is there anyone here got engaged in a short span of time? Me and my fiancé(Norwegian) got engaged on our 2nd month and we are planning to apply fiancé visa on our 7month(we will be going to the Philippines  and apply there because i am working here in Qatar and he's in Norway) is there a chance that they will deny it coz of short span as bf/gf? Thanks for the response

Hi Cuichi. Congratulations!
I think it will be fine. You both still on your 2 month, so get to know each other more. Its very important that you show UDI that your relationship is real. Do you have plan apply tourist visa and visit him here?

@Sweetlhynz we got engaged on our 2nd month(it was also our 2nd meeting that time since i live here in Qatar and him in Norway) as a couple but we knew each other that time for 5 months. We planned to get a fiancé visa to use when i go there.

So on the day that we will apply for fiancé visa that will be our 7th month as a official couple.

Do you think the UDDI will not gonna think that we are on rushing?

The amount is enough, you should not be having problem. Just document your relation well.

Thank you ab4cd 😊
