A local friend brought me to Diamond Island the other day, and it's pretty cool - what with the exhibition hall, amusement park, hotel, etc. I do like 'old' PP, but I miss looking at clean, new buildings and I must say I like the Diamond Island part of PP a lot as well. 
However, I had something on then so we only took a quick tour on Tuk tuk. So has anyone really been around the area? Any nice places you think one should visit?

Yup, been there several times, there is a mini-funland there. You can throw darts etc. I enjoy the breeze there and at river side. Beside it pretty near to the place I stay.
