We have a valid UAE residence but we were unable to get emirates id because we moved here last year, i recently delivered a boy... we were planning to travel to ABUDHABI in 2 weeks. i was wondering if pakistani infant can travel on manual passport and get an on arrival visa from there or if we could get the visa from UAE embassy here in riyadh.
Can infants travel to UAE on manual passport ?

I am not sure either but I guess it should not be a problem to get on arrival visa...If you want to be on a safe side, give a call to UAE Embassy in Riyadh and ask them
