Hi which part of China are you from? That reflects the type of cooking you will be familiar with. Is it. Northern, Southern Szechuan, Fukien etc...? I love the Hue style food, it's yummy.

Hi, you are right, chinese food are quite different from provines to proviences, I'm orginally from northwest , then move to east,then south, haha. I like Hue food, the small and thick ban xiao are "ngon qua " ;-)
