If you love snow skiing then Almaty is the place to be, the ski slopes are only a few minutes from the centre of the city.
Some say that this country is more modern and developed than the other Central Asian countries.
Although each industry differs  companies pay fairly well for foreign experience, and might be really worthwhile when housing is included
