I will be visiting Busan S. Korea by March next year. My boss will open an online English tutorial service by March and he wants me to recruit students in Busan. I need a Filipino tour guide and interpreter to identify "hagwons" or English academies so that I can offer our services. I am, of course, will pay for the services. Thanks.
