Greenfield Residence - urgent

Don't know anything about the place, but if the access road isn't asphalted, then it probably won't get ploughed when the snows come, unless that's paid by the residents' maintainance bill, which it may well be as they'll probably not want to put people off renting/buying there. Your best bet is to call the owners/administrators of the complex and find out if your monthly bill includes such services.

It's quite a drive from where you work (near Piata Victoriei, right?). You could probably find something closer to work and then have other transport options (metro etc) for when the weather isn't good for driving.
