I am planning to apply for BI Norwegian Business School next year.
How is the quality of the school and do companies hire grads from this school?

I think it's pretty well respected nationally as a business school. I think the best business school in the country is The Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen (Norges Handelshøyskole / NHH). They have a good research profile, which is earning them a good reputation internationally. I'm not sure if BI has much research output. At least not that I see.
