Job Opening for Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, German, Dutch

As a Bilingual Representative (Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, German, Dutch & English), you will be assisting customers, receiving, assessing, troubleshooting and resolving support requests for products and services. You will analyze the source of problems reported, locating trends and recommending measures to minimize or eliminate future occurrences. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing superb service.

Requirements:

    Must be fluent in speaking Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean German Dutch & English.
    Previous technical support or customer service experience preferred but not required.
    Computer literate, ability to navigate computers
    Technical aptitude
    Ability to maintain excellent customer service relations.
    Proactive in resolving customer issues and ability to think outside the box.
    A high level of judgment, advanced problem solving techniques.
    Excellent communicator.
            Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
