Suitable place to propose in Kiev?

Congratulations!
So some places that come to my mind:
1) Bridge of Lovers. A bridge in Mariinsky Park. The name tells everything. The only bad thing is that some guys committed suicides jumping from it.
2) Horse riding. There are many stables that offer horses for ridding. They charge about 10 eur per hour.
3) Concord restaurant. Expensive, has a nice open terrace. There are other similar luxury places but I visited only this one.
4) Yacht riding. It is about 100 eur per hour. But it depends more on a yacht. You also can rent a simple boat. How about air balloon? I considered this option for proposing to my gf but once we were talking about such things and she said that this variant is “ordinary and not interesting”. The price is about 100 eur.
5) The Arch of Friendship of Peoples. Nice view. Copy/paste «арка дружби народів» in Google and check its photos. But there are always lots of people there. You may consider even better views around the Museum of the Second World War.

7) I would also recommend you to think about a park in Uman, a town 200 km away from Kiev. It was made by a wealthy landlord for his wife long time ago. The photos are here: http://turzona.com.ua/tours/sofievka.html I liked it very much and it is a very romantic place.
