International Party in Meguro (Tokyo)

Hello,
We will organize an international party on the 15th of september. Around 100 people are expected to come. There are currently more Japanese people than foreigners so we are looking for some foreigners who are interested to participate in this event. If you can speak Japanese it's a plus but it's not an obligation. Around 80 people have already made a reservation (Japanese women in majority).  Average age: 20~35 years old.
