most swimming pools are located in gyms.. or hotels/bars. i don't go swimming so i can't help too much. from knowledge there's a pool at parkway shopping centre, one at phnom penh sports club, elsewhere bar and eighty8 backpackers.

Went to long beach once. No locker. Went to olympic stadium, advisable to go in the morning. The rest are hotels -Cambodiana, phnom penh
