Moving to Dubai at the end of November as a New ESL teacher, but can't seem to find a list of what to pack. I will have furnished apt, but what clothes should I bring, should I bring my Mac computer, formalwear, etc.? How many suitcases? Any suggestions?

Scott, you won't really need much here. Take your trousers, jeans, shirts and t-shirts. That's almost it.
Bring a warm jacket for winter time. And of course all your favorite Mac's, iPod's and other stuff as this place may get a bit boring after a while. Then some gadgets will make your life better.
