anybody been to sziget festival? Totally missed the starting day but i am thinking of going tomorrow/next day days and seems like most programs start at 20:00 till late night?
Any expats joining me? Further, if you have monthly public transport pass, do i need to buy sziget-budapest pass?
Please share your experiences.

Hi,
The monthly BKV (public transport) pass gets you to the Sziget (Kaszasdulo stop on the H5 commuter train, which you can board at Batthyany square, Buda side of Margit Hid bridge, or Buda side of Arpad Hid bridge)
The festival itself however is pretty pricey, 13000 HUF for a day, or 6500 from 11pm till morning.

It is indeed expensive, but the festival just rocks. Got a 28 euro ticket for today and seen the AKOS live. Just amazing and great atmosphere. The festival is on a mega stage with thousands of people from various countries. I loved it!!!
