I don't recommend this compound. The website states that it has certain facilities but in reality these facilities are accessible for certain residents only such as the Common rooms, game room, And the selections store. There is a main room but yu have to pay to use it. There is a nice tent but it is not accessible except to a few residents.

...unfurnished. 35,000 sar per anum extra to rent it furnished. The compound deosn't offer any complimentary services, i.e. School buses to intl schools nor to the supermarkets/malls, or any organized activity for kids or adults.

In 35 you dont even get appartment on Olaya (nice one)
