Changing of sponsorship ??! Hm, it already smells ... what is actually a problem ? NOC ? ...be careful about that

If your current sponsor agrees that you shift to another sponsor it will be fine. If he's not then this would be an issue

What is the minimum time you have to work in the country before you can change your sponsor ??? 1 year or 2???
