Hello, I am having a party for about 10 people on Saturday 18th August in Greenwich. My guests are obsessed with Bulgarian food having travelled there and I have no idea how to cook it. I am looking for someone to come to the flat with ingredients and cook up some dishes before the party - some cold dishes and some hot that we can keep warm. I will pay for ingredients and time. Does anyone know anyone that might be able to help? My friends have mentioned kebaptche, kyufteta, shopska salad - I don't know what these are. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks, Sally
