welcome to Kuwait Mik, unfortunately u chose a wrong time to "come out" as the Summer months of heat are upon us, coupled with the fact that it is Ramadan, expat movement is strictly limited to after 7pm (for food, all other shops follow the normal working hours, albeit maybe shorter)

your best bet would be to engage in water activity of any kind, from swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing to diving if u have a licence (or u can be attempting to get one over here).

stick to where there are ACs for the time being. avoid the sun.
