I want to know if there is any kind of visa that let a person to live and Singapore for the purpose of finding job there and working without sponsor.... Thx

You can visit Singapore and search for jobs on a standard Social Visit Pass (SVP), which is usually issued for a month and can be extended to three. (Note: You cannot rent a room or flat on SVP, you must stay in much more expensive hotels or serviced apartments!) Once you find a job, the employer will sponsor your work visa.
The only way without sponsor is the Personalized Employment Pass, which is valid 5 years and allows 6 months of living here before starting work (at any employer!). You can get it if your current salary (abroad) is above S$8000/month, and you have to earn min. S$36000/year once in Singapore.
