GCC Expat Research

Hello!

My colleague and I have developed a study that applies to many of you whom are expatriate workers in the GCC (i.e., Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or the U.A.E.). Specifically, we are investigating factors that increase the likelihood of expatriate adjustment and work performance.
