Hi,
I want to move to Norway, people are telling me about a company called NAV who recruits people with no qualifications, they pay well and you can get work as a "stonad", dont know what that is in English.
How do I get a work permit and do you know if they are hiring? And what is a "stonad"?

NAV is the name of the job centre here, so they can help you to find work and obviously do employ people, but there is no magic way to get paid a lot without any experience or qualifications.
Stønad is financial support. NAV can pay this while you are training, but you need to be eligible.
Look at NAV.no and UDI.no for information about moving to Norway. They have information in English.
