Im am a indian, got a offer at ghana as a manager at medlabs,
I got offer for Rs.100000/- INR, I am planning to move along with my family, wife and two children, In this I will have to manage the tax, food and school fees for the kids. Kindly help me to negotiate my remuneration. How much will be the school fees for my sons one in first standard and one more in third standard. what will be the school fees per month for them?, and with this will i be able to save some money which i can save for my future?

It will all depend on the standard of school you require. I suggest you look at Ghana International School which has a good reputation and is probably most expensive and then look at others like Lincoln school. Perhaps others will give you more suggestions.
I found a good website expatarrivals.com which has a good section on schools which will give you all the information you require
