I live in London and want to send DVD's to a friend in Belgium. Just had a thought...will they work in Belgium? 
He will no doubt play them on his computer (don't think he has a TV/DVD player, actually, not sure).
Am not a 'techy' by any stretch of the imagination as I'm sure you've already sussed.
