I will be visiting Boubyan or Bubiyan very soon. I would be working in Bubiyan seaport project near Iraq border. Can anybody share some light on the area. About its community, accommodation availabilty, transport system, facilities etc.

as far as i know boubyan is at the end of the 6th ring road, a looong drive (80 or 100K or so), theres not much living areas around there...

it is an island
no houses no restaurants nothing is there except the american army
nobody live there but it is not far from the city actually nothing is far from the city in kuwait bcz it is smal country if you want to kill your self you will drive for hour and half
so don't worry about that if they offer a good salary that make able to have a car
