Living on the carribbean side

Yes, my husband and I and another couple are looking for a place to retire.  We are currently looking at Panama, Nicaraqua or Belize.  We would like to be close to the water but don't have to have a place right on the water.  We live in Texas currently and really want to live somewhere our life savings will go further.  We would also like to find someone that can take us around Nicaraqua to see where we may want to live.
