hi..im working with a govt. organization, i have finished my contract, a pvt. firm asked me to transfer my iqama from previous to new organization..
how do i do it? what are the steps..help an expat!

Usually it's hard to get NoC from Govt. organizations. But do talk to your HR in co-ordination with your direct manager.
