Moving to Riyadh from Germany

Hello everyone :)

We will be relocating from Germany to Riyadh this month.

So I thought I should already check the air ;)

I am a Fitness & Yoga instructor and I am looking forward to be also holding classes in Riyadh.

Glad to hear from everybody ;)

Welcome @Maiss to ExpatBlog and in Riyadh soon :)
As lifestyle is quite comfy, most of us here get out of our fitness zone :). Trust me many ladies here will need your expert advice, classes etc.

Do stay in touch.

@TheLegandLeads :)

Thank you! Yes, that what I have heard from friend who moved to Saudi before as well.

But I'm glad to hear about your interest in Fitness :)

Please don't hesitate to contact me anytime and I will be posting about the classes.

Wishing you a pleasent stay at KSA in advance !!

BTW, Mind explaining why two usernames on the same forum ?? Maiss and Bellydance MeetYoga, or is it just a coincidence.....

Hello Maiss,

I agree with @TheLegandLeads, lifestyle here is comfy.
Fitness & yoga classes are being organized in most of the compounds, however;  the participation level differs from one class to another, in my compound the class size is around 30 to 40 participants per class and its growing.

Meanwhile, please don't hesitate to contact me at anytime shall you need any further help...

@Bitar

Thank you for the info! Its actually great to hear that people are still interested in Fitness despite the comfortable lifestyle.

I hope I can bring some more fitness into the comfy zone by holding 'spiced up' yoga classes!

:)

Something is really Spiced Up or Cooked up !!! :)

Speaking for myself Maiss going to the gym is one of the things people do round here to wile away a few hours of an evening. Most of the compounds have gym facilities.

So maybe people here aren't quite as out-of-shape as she seems to think ;)

How can going to gym mean the visitor is in shape? :)

Hmmm.. Nobody is assuming to be in-charge of anything more than what one should.

Nor did we call ourselves as "cool".

Welcome everybody
