Thank you for the reply.
I am from Singapore and got a job offer to come to the Netherlands, and I plan to be there in the next 2-3 months. My office will be in Haarlem, but my son's school will be in utrecht, which is why I plan to stay in Utrecht and commute to Haarlem.
