A good hobby store is Vietnam, or Southeast Asia?

Hi gang,

I would really really like to build a model home and garden.  But, I can't seem to find a hobby shop that sells such equipments (kits), the type that architects and landscapers use to illustrate their plans to their clients.  Do any of you know one in Vietnam or in Southeast Asia?

Lots of thanks in advance.
Howie

You've gone all gay Howie. Guess living in the boondocks does that to you;-)

These guys have mostly RC plane and choppers. http://saigon-hobby.com/default.aspx

Wild_1 I think it's going to very difficult to find a kit like that. Most of the models of buildings and landscapes you see are custom made as requested by the designer. There is software you can purchase on line and make into a 3D type picture but I think that's as good as it going to get. I agree, you do need a hobby though. Why not build some big model ships and pretend your back in the Navy.

I wonder where that Anatta guy is?  One of these days, Amigos, I am going to get all Three of you...  :dumbom::dumbom::dumbom:

Wild_1 here's one of the links I was talking about to down load the software:

Gone gay, you said? For God's sake, you have had a look at the guy, long pony tail and all that? The only thing missing is probably a pink pant to complete the picture :).

Back to the topic. If you just want to build a scale model of buildings like the ones you see in architect offices, just head to around the Architect University, Trường Đại học Kiến trúc TP.HCM. 196 Pasteur. There are shops selling materials for students to make scale models.
