1) How many years it is required to earn ca. 2000 EUR NETT in engineering branches ?
2) Do I need to know german language very well ?
3) Do I have to have previous working experience in Western Europe countrys or at least 4-6 y
4) I was considering Spain as my destination because I can better communicate and understand know spanish than german but... the salaries there are so poor that know I have frozen this plan... (16000 - 20000 euro brutto pro ano). I know that in Norway it wouldn't be a problem but I hate so much cold and arctic climate and couldn't stand living mostly of the year in cold environment.
to tell the truth:
I am an electrical / automation engineer with 2 years experience in Energy sector and in an international company and I am really considering relocation and changing the job but I just don't want to start everything from beginning (salary, job type, etc...). And now it looks like I will have to !! From my personal experience I know that companies from "Western Europe" don't take seriously emigrants and their experience achievments from "more poor countrys" like those in central euope, or south europe or asia, etc..
as far as by now I was having a proposal to work in NL for 1400-1700 EUR NETT but for my opinion it is to low for someone with already some knowledge and experience (professional or "professional" BUT experience !!!). Also I know that recruit agencies in NL are taking for much higher provision than in any other european country so I skipped them immediatly.
Sorry for this long message I just would like to know your personal opinions and maybe some clues....
