My wife and I are planning to visit San Pedro again at the end of this month.  We are looking to build in the next 2 years if everything goes as planned. 

We will be staying in a house as seen in our picture.  We used it last time and it was very comfortable.  Not as comfortable as Coco Beach, but that is another story.

My friend used this method to build the second floor of his house and has been pleased with it so far.

Thanks tacogirl    Just trying to decide what to do.   We will leave for San Pedro this week for a week.   Should get some good local info.
