Hi everyone. My husband and I will be moving from Turkey to London this fall and would like to bring our dog with us.

I have a couple questions about this:

- is it easy to bring your pet in now that they have removed the quarantine?
- Do most flats allow dogs?
- Are you allowed to let your dog play off leash in the parks?
- Are there places or people that do kennel services?

Thanks for the help! Hoping London will be a bit more pet friendly than Turkey

Hi Aly,

Can't help out on the quarantine issues as I've been away too long.
For your other points, Some places allow pets others don't but you should be ok to find one without too much trouble.
Dogs are not required to be on a leash at all times, so plenty of parks available to let your pooch run free Be responsible though if other animals around etc just take a little more care. Some of the parks have wild deer and dogs are best kept on a leash around them.
Plenty of kennel services around (some expensive though) and plenty of people who will dog sit\walk etc if you need help there.

On the whole Londoners are pet friendly so I'm sure you will enjoy it
