Adult ESL teaching Jobs in UAE

Hi everyone, my name is Brian and I am very interested in applying for adult ESL or TOEFL jobs in UAE (any state would be fine). I am a native speaker from New York with a BA in English. I also have a TESOL certificate, four years of adult ESL teaching experience (2 in Taiwan and 2 in New York) and a Master's in International Relations.

My question is where can I go to find adult or university ESL jobs? Are there any specific sites or companies that I can use to find job listings? Also, given my qualifications, would it be possible to find work in a University, and if so, what would be the average pay for someone with these qualifications? I'm only interested in teaching adults. Thanks in advance for your help!
