Hi Lee,
Please double check your grammar use. I am not an English teacher, by any stretch of the imagination, but in that brief message of yours, I can easily find several misuses.
For crying out loud, you are looking to start an English center. So take control of your English. If not, you will be hard-pressed to find students, let alone partners.
