Hello!
After kicking around here for 4 months I am starting to get 'stir-crazy' and decided to seek employment to keep me busy...
Been thinking about working at a call center and hoping some people here could help me with the names of the top ones... I know there are plenty, but which ones have the best reputations?

Try IBM, Accenture, Convergys etc. They all top most.

the companies mentioned by ratheesh are well-known and good call center companies... There are many out there, too many to mention. competition is quite hard these days, but since english is your native language, finding job at a call center should be just easy for you. 
try searching through ph.jobstreet.com or jobsdb.com
