its wayyyyyyyyyyyyy tooooooooooooooooo hard to get a job in any formal English teaching institution unless you've got an english teaching certificate.

You will need to be a Native English speaker & hold a TEFL or TESL certificate before any school will even consider your application I am afraid. Most schools also request that you have a College degree as well as the TEFL/TESL cert.
