Cost of family pets being transported from nz to Vanuatu

Hi has anyone from nz had there family pets transported to vanuatu,
What estimated cost they have occurred, ie vet costs, transport.
Has the process been hard?
Any info would be great.

We are just in the process of doing that as I type, gosh it's a long winded process. It's too much to type it all here, but I'm more than happy to give any advice possible (ours is jet setting) on 30th May.
