Someone offered me to share a flat, an individual room (all included), in Zona 1, close to Portobello Rd., 720 Pounds per month... is it ok?? or too expensive??

Hi there,
Noting Hill is a lovely area, and Portobello Road a great location. If the appartment is clean and the common part are not too small, this sounds like a decent deal. Maybe ask for some pics?
