Well again it might be all change again on healthcare entitlement for early retirees - there is a proposal that cover might be extended for those with under 100k income (!) and if they are fully legal residents (incl declaring for tax)

This is only a proposal at this stage but is positive news for many expats.

Early retirees who have residencia prior to April 2012, padron, social security number and the letter from UK DWP confirming no UK entitlement to healthcare now qualify for health card in Spain.
