I also wanted to know if you know anything about the 'transfer of residence' with regards to moving to India with an employment contract. I have been told by my removals company that there are taxes applied to electrical goods that you bring into India...?
Is this the case even you are planning to live andwork in India for atleast a couple of years?
any help is appreciated.
