Pensionado and disability, can it work ?

Has anyone ever heard of someone who collects disabilty getting apprived for a pensionado visa ? If so, do you know who their attorney was ? My husband collects $1,209.00 per month on disability but disability will not put in writing that the benefit is permanent and this seems to be holding us up.

The Panamá retiree or “pensionado” residence status requires that applicant demonstrates an income on pension of only US$1000.00 per month and an additional $300.00 for each dependent.

Certifying applicant condition as a retiree and the amount earned per month.(have to say: life time, until dead, for life, for the rest of your life or simil)

Another option is to purchase at least a $.100.000 in Panama real estate, which reduces the lifetime monthly to $750.00.

This type of residence is expedite and the status is granted indefinitely, so there is no requirement for renewal.

It is necessary to prove to the Immigration Department on an annual basis that you continue to receive the necessary minimum income

we will be glad to help you.
