i think you cant open it by yourself
you need an egyptian partner i think
and i really have a center for adults and would like to make summer courses for kids
if you interested we can share that

Maybe you can check here for more information: http://www.amcham.org.eg/resources_publ … urces/dbe/ What I know is that the rule of the need for an Egyptian partner is not necessary any more.
