can anyone live or been to Goa, India that would like to share information with me about their life there?

are you looking at living in Goa or do you just want to take a vacation there. it's a lovely place to be by the way. lots and lots of beaches, accomodation is fairly inexpensive if you rent out an apartment during off season, all kinds of cuisine is available. the toursit season starts from October / November right up to May. from June to September is the monsoon and most tourists dont like the rain. October and November will be hot...about 32 - 35 deg C in the day. December to March is pleasant. April and May are hot again.
