My company wants me to take care of their new office in Riyadh. Can someone guide me any good compound in Riyadh for families.
I need at least 2 BRs apartment/villa, with good parks and recreational activities for families. Also, it would be great help if you can guide me how much rent/yr it will cost as I am in middle of negotiations with company on house allowance.

your biggest challenge will be finding availability at a compound. There are large waiting lists.
There is a list of compounds on this blog --search on left hand bar. Suggest you start ringing them. Prices vary --- a small villa (2 bedroom place) on a decent compound with facilities will cost SR 150,000 plus. (some are going at SR 250,000 plus)
