Hello guys,
My self preet singh from india. A company offers me a job from kulalumpur (Malaysia). Employer told me that you come to malaysia on tourist visa and then on first day, they will apply EP for me.
Questions :
1. is it possible to go their on tourist visa and then employer can apply EP ?
2. Is it legal process?
3. Do i need to come back to india after getting EP ?
4. Can i stay their after getting EP because at that time i will on tourist visa ?

I have not any information on the process of getting EP for person , who will come on the tourist visa.
Do i need to describe the purpose of journey to malaysia while applying the tourist visa in india ? If yes, then what documents are required from malaysian employer in tourist visa process ?

@ preetsingh I think all document process will be taken care from your company, just confirm with them the process in letter head with company stamp

yes it is possible I am telling you from my experience.
You can transfer to EP from your visit visa. they will add one sticker called Journey Performed and i think you need to pay extra 500 MYR
