Hi all, this question may be posted before. My apology for asking again, I am still new in Hangzhou. At where I used to live, it has a rather big expat community where I get to meet new friends by attending or initiating events.
Do you know if there are similar social network clubs or websites that cater more for expats living and working in Hangzhou, and are updated regularly?
