Shop in uk many questions....

I was wonder to know how does it works to open a shop in the uk.
Specialy the shop rent arround leicester or Edibourg.
I'm look for a shop arround 100m². there is only the rent & deposit to pay or other extra fee? (excl concil tax) like "droit au bail" in french (don't know in english)
And anyone knows about import stuff from eea contry to uk?

Je me demandais comment se passé la création d'une entreprise en angleterre à savoir plus particuliérement la location d'un magasin (leceister ou edinbourg). Il y a autre chose à part la caution à ajouter au prix de la location (hors taxe d'habitation). Je me demandais si il y avais aussi un "droit au bail" comme ici en france ou autre chose...
Quelqu'un connaitrais la legislation concernant l'important de produits fabriqué au sein de l'europe?
