Here's the thing:  I would say that people from the Philipines make up the largest percentage of expats in the Kingdom so I'm not understanding your problem in making friends.  The Filipinas where I work have always been very friendly and inclusive.

An idea:  have a small 'Getting to Know Me' party and invite some of your coworkers (or people you've met from this forum).  Everybody here says the secret to an active social life in KSA is networking-networking-networking so you've got to put yourself 'out' there and what better way than with coworkers?
