I am not living in Dubai and want to apply for job there but I am being told that women without having men (in a legally accepted position)do not get work permit and job offers in Dubai. How true is this?
Do non- UAE resident ,single women or single moms get job in Dubai?

Not true at all ! There are plenty of expat 'Single' women in UAE that work here on independent employment visa's.

There is no gender / marital discrimination in Dubai / UAE. You can work without any issues, provided you have an employer to sponsor your stay in UAE.
