Almost all Recruiters (Consultants or In House) are using either there own websites or free resourcing tools in finding potential employees.
You should try and use your time in going through places like this forum, dubizzle.com and obviously all of the large Corporates web domains to apply and search for a job.
LinkedIn and Xing being one of the front runners in finding a job through a social and professional network. If your not on their, I think you should..
